These terms govern your use of Samva. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Samva. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. If you provide optional self-reported information, including gender, you agree that it is truthful and not used to mislead other users.

Public Username And Identity

Samva is designed around pseudonymous public participation. Other users see your username, interests, profile details, room activity, and safety signals where applicable. Do not impersonate others or create misleading accounts. Do not share personal contact information unless you choose to do so. Samva does not currently verify government identity, gender, or background history.

Self-Reported Gender And Community Spaces

Gender, when provided, is self-reported. It may be used for discovery filters and community spaces such as women's spaces. These spaces are preference and community boundaries, not a guarantee that every member's gender has been independently verified. Misrepresenting yourself to enter or disrupt a community space may lead to removal, account restrictions, or other moderation action.

User Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam, discriminate, share illegal content, violate another person's privacy, or use Samva to coordinate unsafe or unlawful activity. Room hosts and members are responsible for behaving respectfully online and offline.

Rooms, Tasks, And Offline Activity

Samva helps users discover and coordinate rooms. We do not guarantee that users will attend, pay, complete tasks, or behave as expected. Samva is not an escrow service, payment intermediary, emergency service, or background-check provider. Payments for task rooms, if any, happen offline between users. For life-threatening emergencies, contact local emergency services instead of relying on Samva.

Moderation

We may review reports, room activity, feedback, profile details, and messages; remove content; restrict room access; suspend accounts; or take other action when we believe these terms or safety expectations have been violated.

Room and direct messages are server-readable and are not end-to-end encrypted. Use the in-app report controls for abusive messages, users, or rooms. Room creators may remove members, but Samva retains authority to hide or remove content and suspend accounts.

Feature Availability

Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable as we maintain and improve Samva. Trust and reputation labels are signals based on platform activity, not guarantees of safety, identity, attendance, or conduct.
